Take Your First Steps with Daysy

Let’s start by giving Daysy a full charge.

Plug in the USB cable until the blue lights begin rising on the activation ring.

All lights on = fully charged and ready to go.

Daysy may enter sleep mode while charging - press the button once to check charge status

Step 2:  Activating and Measuring      ⏯️  See exactly how to take your first temperature reading

You're ready to meet Daysy!

Press the activation button once to wake her up.

Press a second time to begin your temperature reading (blue ring will rotate).

Place the sensor under your tongue (side, back, mouth closed).

Listen for the “beep-beep” - that means she’s got your reading!

If you hear a “grumble-buzz,” don’t worry - it just means the reading didn’t work. Try again with steady placement and closed lips.

Step 3:  Entering Your Menstruation   ⏯️ Learn how to tell Daysy when your period starts

Daysy will ask if you’re on your period with a blinking violet light.

If yes: Press and hold the button until the violet light stays on and you hear a beep.

Do this for each day of active bleeding (minimum 3 days recommended).

If you press by mistake, just hold again to reset.

This step helps Daysy learn your cycle faster - so don’t skip it!

Step 4:  Understand the Lights            ⏯️ Get to know what Daysy’s colours are telling you
