We stand behind the quality of everything we offer at Stemba. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make things right. This policy outlines your rights and our processes regarding returns and refunds.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the intimate nature of Daysy as a Class A medical device you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if:
The product is unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
The product is unused, meaning it has not been activated, charged, or placed in use.
As a medical device, opened or used units are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
To process your return, please email your order number and receipt to help@wearestemba.com.
Return Shipping
We will arrange collection from the same delivery address your order was sent to.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you're returning an unopened, unused product within the 30-day window, we will arrange return collection and deduct the shipping charge from your refund.
We recommend retaining the original Stemba packaging in case a return is required.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours, provided they haven’t been packaged for dispatch.
If you need to cancel outside this window, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist before shipping occurs.
Exchanges
We’ll gladly replace your item if it arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped.
Please contact help@wearestemba.com to initiate an exchange request.
Product Warranty
Your Daysy device is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your device is defective or has stopped working as expected, please contact our team at help@wearestemba.com.
We’ll guide you through next steps, which may include:
Returning the product for assessment
Repair or full replacement of the device
Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.. We’ll keep you informed once your return is on the way back to us, and again when it’s processed.
